Viraly Pro is billed through your Apple Account. To manage, change, or cancel your subscription: open Settings on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name → Subscriptions → Viraly. Apple handles all payments and refunds; you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, tap Restore on the subscription screen and your active subscription will be recovered automatically.
You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the app's Profile tab (Connected Accounts → Disconnect). This deletes the access token from our server. You can also revoke access from Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
